Void-Fill Paper & Dispensers
Most transit damage starts with empty space: the product moves, the box does not. Void-fill paper closes that gap. Pull a length from the dispenser carton, crumple or fold it into the voids, and the contents stop shifting, with nothing but kraft paper in the box.
We supply three dispenser systems, all built around a self-serve carton that sits on the packing bench or shelf: fanfold packs where the paper feeds out flat sheet by sheet, roll-type dispensers for continuous pull, and a recycled-paper roll version for teams optimizing cost and recycled content.
Everything is 100% paper: recyclable curbside with the carton it fills. For cushioning that wraps the product itself, pair void-fill with our honeycomb packing paper or paper bubble wrap.
Pull the paper, fill the gaps
1. Pull. The paper feeds straight out of the dispenser carton, flat from a fanfold pack or continuously from a roll.
2. Crumple. A quick crush turns the sheet into a springy paper cushion, sized to the gap in front of you.
3. Fill. Pack the voids around and above the product until nothing moves. The box ships quiet.
