Honeycomb Packing Paper
Pull the paper and the die-cut kraft expands into a honeycomb mesh. The cells interlock around the product, so it wraps without tape. It cushions, ships and stores flat, and goes out with the paper recycling.
For e-commerce warehouses it slots straight into the packing station. For retailers it sells by the roll to households and small businesses that ship or move.
It does the two jobs bubble wrap used to do. Wrapped around a product, the expanded cells lock onto themselves and hold without tape. Crumpled or layered into a box, it fills voids and stops contents from shifting. Either way, the whole box, filler included, goes out with the paper recycling.
Pull, wrap, done
1. Pull. Draw the paper off the roll or dispenser. The die-cut kraft expands into its honeycomb structure as you stretch it.
2. Wrap. Roll the product in one or two layers. The cells interlock onto themselves, so the wrap holds with no tape and no scissors.
3. Done. The wrapped product goes straight into the carton. Unpacking is just as fast, and the paper recycles curbside.
