Honeycomb Bottle Sleeves
Slide it over the bottle. The sleeve does the rest.
An expandable kraft paper sleeve that stretches over bottles, jars, candles and glassware. Flat in the box, honeycomb mesh in use. It grips the product, absorbs impact, and looks good in an unboxing.
Used by wine and spirits shippers, cosmetics brands, candle makers and anyone moving glass. Retailers sell them in packs for travel and moving.
The sleeve is made from 100% biodegradable virgin-pulp kraft paper with 1 cm hexagonal cells. Because it ships and stores flat, a carton of sleeves protects the same number of bottles as several cartons of molded pulp or foam inserts.
How it is used
Three seconds per bottle, no tools
1. Open and stretch. Pick a sleeve off the stack and open it between your hands. The honeycomb expands into a mesh tube.
2. Insert. Slide the bottle, jar or candle in. The mesh grips the shape and holds itself in place.
3. Seal the bottom. Fold the base flat and close it with an adhesive sticker. The bottle is ready for the box.

Window Box, 10 Pieces
Kraft carton with a full-height window and a hang tab, printed with the sleeve length and the wine-bottle use case. Ten 30 cm sleeves per box. The standard shelf unit for wine shops and gift retail.
Slim Hang Box
A narrow kraft carton with a euro hang slot and a window at the base. Takes almost no shelf width, so it merchandises on a hook beside the tills rather than competing for shelf space.
Illustrated Carton
The same carton printed with a three-step usage diagram and a honeycomb structure detail on the side panel. For channels where the shopper has never seen a paper sleeve and needs the product explained on the pack.
Printed Display Box
A full-colour printed carton with windows on both ends, so the sleeve colour shows from either side of the shelf. Shown in red; produced in any of the six stock colours or your own.
