Sizing is simple: the mailer should be about 2 cm wider than the product on each side, so the bubble layer wraps the edges where impacts land. Between the stock range of 120×180 mm up to 550×650 mm and custom production, there is a bubble mailer for everything from a memory card to a framed print.
